The Handshake is amendable to your circumstances, but we ask that you remain ambitious, honest and equitable.

Calling all writers and directors who want to join our movement!
Our flagship Green Rider Handshake is being used by actors and productions across the industry. But we know there’s more to be done. That’s why we’re developing Green Rider Handshakes that writers and directors will be able to use too.
This work is in its early stages, and we’re keen to test the Handshakes out on various productions as part of a pilot scheme, like we did for the Actors’ Handshake.
